My favorite perk that Splunk offers to Splunkterns  are the events like painting and pottery classes. The events are usually always on Fridays and it’s a really fun way to not only bond with other Splunkterns, but also to wind down from the week. The top two coolest perks about Splunk in my opinion are that: 1. We get access to LinkedIn Learning as well as Splunk Training classes for free, and 2. They send you swag on swag on swag. I swear I get a new package every other week. I just got sent a box full of snacks, and I’m eating some cinnamon swirl bites as I type this. 10/10 would recommend.

Splunk has an absolutely incredible culture and work environment. There’s a lot of emphasis put into making sure I felt connected both within my team and also within the larger organization, which is especially important during this pandemic when everyone is working remotely. Our team has a get-together every month with fun team-building activities and there are frequent opportunities for me to get to know my fellow interns through events, workshops and talks.
