The team culture and the intern events are definitely at the top of my list of favorite things about the Splunktern Program. The team events and intern get-togethers are definitely what allowed me to connect with my co-workers more and make friends. It's a good break from work and a fun activity in a more informal setting. Furthermore, it was very beneficial to my learning and career growth to have both a manager and mentor. My mentor taught me a lot in the technical aspects of the job and always supported my learning along the way.

Solutions Engineer Intern

A highlight for me this summer was connecting with people in various management levels, and also getting some really fun and unique tasks that challenge my skills as an SE. Through the virtual internship format, all the interns also had the chance to meet and interact with Splunk's C-suite, which was a unique opportunity that I wouldn't have ever imagined would happen. Even as a remote intern, I feel that I've gotten a good understanding of the culture at Splunk and can really appreciate it.
