About Us

We’re building the next generation of Observability tools crafted to empower engineering teams to understand, optimize, and scale their systems with confidence. Our platform provides deep visibility across logs, metrics, traces, and events — and we’re looking to amplify the power of that data through actionable analytics and insights.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Digital Experience Insights charter within our Observability platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data analytics, user experience, and Observability. You’ll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for delivering analytics insights that empower IT/Engineering and Business partners to optimize customer experiences and accelerate innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the product vision and strategy for Digital Experience Insights within our Observability platform.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and platform teams to deliver scalable, performant, and intuitive analytics capabilities.
  • Engage deeply with go-to-market teams and customers to understand needs and pain points — and actively evangelize the vision and value of Digital Experience Insights to drive alignment and adoption.
  • Drive product requirements and backlog for solutions such as Digital Experience Analytics and Business Insights.
  • Define key success metrics and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features on schedule.
  • Stay current with industry trends in observability, analytics, AI/ML, and enterprise SaaS.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in Enterprise SaaS, with at least 2 years focused on analytics, data platforms, or observability-related domains.
  • Proven track record of shipping data-heavy products at scale, ideally involving visualizations, dashboards, or machine-learning driven insights.
  • Strong technical acumen; able to engage with engineering teams on architecture and data pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the observability, DevOps, or infrastructure tooling space.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, or similar.
  • Exposure to or experience working with ML/AI-based analytics products.
Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
