Join one of the fastest-growing Enterprise teams in EMEA. As a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) you’ll drive growth across Enterprise accounts (1–5 bn revenue) in Central Germany. We’re looking for hunters with ambition, energy, and the will to win new customers for Splunk/Cisco.
What you’ll do:
  • Run your territory with an agile account plan
  • Own the full sales cycle – pipeline to close
  • Uncover customer pain and prove Splunk’s value with MEDDPICC
  • Orchestrate the Splunk Village (your virtual account team)
  • Lead with value and insight
  • Leverage our partner ecosystem of resellers, MSPs and GSIs
  • Deliver impact together with Professional Services or trusted partners
  • Always push for outstanding results

What we’re looking for:
  • A true hunter – comfortable selling into 75–80% whitespace
  • Proven software sales experience in Security & Cloud
  • Social selling skills and strong networker
  • Thrives in high-growth, fast-changing environments
  • Salesforce know-how to hit the ground running
  • Solid MEDDPICC experience to stay in control of deals
  • Native German, fluent English (written & spoken)
