Position Overview: 

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Regional Sales Manager – Enterprise (m/f/d) to join our high-performing Enterprise sales team. This is a great opportunity for individuals eager to grow their sales career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will focus on developing pipeline and acquiring new Enterprise customers within an assigned Territory, working closely with our Channel Partners to drive growth through strategic marketing, events, and targeted outreach. Your mission is to generate qualified opportunities, close business, and contribute directly to regional revenue growth.

You'll develop a deep understanding of customer challenges, collaborate cross-functionally, and position Splunk as a trusted partner for digital resilience and data-driven transformation. Responsibilities: 
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets in collaboration with Solution Engineers, Channel, Field Marketing, and other key stakeholders – you’re the strategic lead on all customer interactions.
  • Take full ownership of your territory – build strong relationships with Channel Partners and end customers through personalized engagement and solution-oriented selling.
  • Lead strategic sales motions and campaigns that drive customer value and result in multi-solution, multi-year deals.
  • Provide accurate, reliable forecasts based on realistic opportunity assessment and pipeline management.
 
Requirements: 
  • Proven hunter mentality – confident selling into accounts with 70–80% whitespace.
  • Strong experience in software sales, particularly around Security and Cloud solutions.
  • A solid network and understanding of the German Channel Partner landscape.
  • Skilled in using social media and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to connect with prospects and build a trusted presence.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with constant change.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce to manage and accelerate deals.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC to maintain control over complex sales cycles.
  • Native-level German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
