Mobile SDK Engineer (React Native/Flutter)

  • - Hybrid Remote

What We Do

We build open-source mobile analytics SDKs (agents). Our SDKs are integrated into customer apps to collect Real User Monitoring data, Session Replay, and user behavior analytics — helping teams understand real-world user behavior and application performance/reliability.
The agents are based on the OpenTelemetry (OTel) standard, extending its capabilities to support mobile-specific observability, tailored for iOS and Android environments.
We work across native and hybrid mobile technologies, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and developer experience.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced mobile developer to help build and maintain our React Native and Flutter agents. You will collaborate closely with our existing React Native and Flutter developers, as well as the native SDK team, to improve and evolve our hybrid agents.
This role is a good fit for someone who will enjoy working on open-source projects, developer tools, and mobile SDKs. However, it is anticipated that this can be your initial experience with this type of development.
There will also be opportunities to work on our native iOS and Android agents, especially as deeper native integration becomes important for hybrid support.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain open-source mobile agents for React Native and Flutter.
  • Contribute to the architecture and design of hybrid SDKs that interface with native Android/iOS agents.
  • Write clear, developer-friendly documentation.
  • Collaborate with native SDK engineers on shared functionality and APIs.
  • Triage and resolve support tickets from the support team.
  • Engage with the open-source community.
  • Potentially expand to other frameworks in the future (e.g., Cordova, Xamarin, MAUI, Ionic).
  • Write comprehensive unit, integration and e2e tests that ensure the correctness and stability of the agents.
We will provide the time and support for you to deeply understand our SDK architecture and build confidence in the codebase — we don’t expect you to know everything from day one.

Who You Are

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
  • Shipped production code with either React Native or Flutter (at least one required).
  • Comfortable reading and discussing technical topics in English.
  • Able to work from our Prague office at least once per week.
  • Experience using Git for version control.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with native mobile development (Android and/or iOS).
  • Prior work on SDKs, libraries, or developer tooling (big plus).
  • Experience with other mobile frameworks (e.g., Cordova, Xamarin, MAUI, Ionic).
  • Practical experience using analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Sentry, Datadog).
  • Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise, CircleCI).

Why Join Us

  • Work on open-source tools used by mobile developers worldwide.
  • Join a team of passionate engineers who care about quality and developer experience.
  • Opportunity to grow into a full-stack mobile SDK engineer across hybrid and native layers.
  • Flexible hybrid work setup with a strong team presence in Prague.
