APAC Business Value Director

This role is all about helping customers connect the dots—between challenges, data, and impact.
What You’ll Do
We work with some of the most forward-thinking companies in the region, and we’re excited to bring you on board to lead from the front. An opportunity to develop and implement business value consulting frameworks to articulate the financial and operational benefits of Splunk’s solutions, positioning the company as a leader in business value consulting.
We won’t box you into a list of tasks—but here’s what your journey might look like:
You’ll develop strategies that show how Splunk delivers real-world results. Partnering with sales, product teams, technical experts, and customer success to ensure customers realize measurable value from Splunk’s offerings, not limiting to refining messaging and improve customer engagement strategies. An opportunity to lead conversations with executives and speak at key events presenting compelling business cases that align with customer goals and industry trends; positioning Splunk as a leader in Business Value Consulting. Most of all, you’ll help us form a team that thrives with collaboration, curiosity, and continuous growth.
We believe phenomenal leadership is about lifting others up. So, we’re looking for someone who’s excited to coach and mentor, who values diverse perspectives, and who’s always ready to learn.
What You Bring
We value experience, but we’re even more interested in your attitude. If you have over a decade of experience in business value consulting, strategic advisory, or enterprise technology consulting and comes with outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value; you’re probably a great fit.
That said, a solid understanding of data analytics, cybersecurity, observability and cloud doesn’t hurt either.
And if you’ve worked with executive stakeholders, driving business transformation initiatives and led high-impact teams in a fast-paced environment—awesome!
