Splunk’s Data Processing Addenda

Companies who have licensed or subscribed to Splunk Purchased Offerings and who require a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for their GDPR/UK GDPR or US state law compliance may download and electronically sign one of Splunk's DPAs  by clicking on the appropriate link(s) below. Upon completion, a copy of the executed DPA(s) will be emailed to the address designated by you during the process. If you execute a Splunk DPA on behalf of a customer, you represent that you have the authority to bind that  customer.

Note: Splunk DPAs are not available for and does not apply to trials, evaluations, beta, free, donated, test, or development licenses. A DPA executed in connection with any such licenses will be deemed null and void.
