Companies who have licensed or subscribed to HIPAA-certified Hosted Services and who require a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for their HIPAA compliance may download and electronically sign the Splunk BAA by clicking on the link below. Upon completion, a copy of the executed BAA will be emailed to the address designated by you during the process.

Note: The Splunk BAA is not available for and does not apply to Trials, Evaluations, Beta and Free Licenses. A BAA executed in connection with any such licenses will be deemed null and void.
