  • BSAs are the most in-the-know contact concerning what and how things are getting done at a ticket level. They will further coordinate post-release issues (bugs, triage of new requests back into intake, and future releases) and send out Post-Release emails. The nature of tickets and work will range from RTB items to Projects and larger bodies of work (EPICs).
  • BSAs bring an integrated understanding of deep technical knowledge to resolve problems at hand, while simultaneously being the operational driver of those solutions to production.

  • Possesses a keen business insight with the ability to handle, survey, and supervise data for an experienced and often complicated process.
  • You should have impressive analytical skills and can accurately summarize and present multiplex principles to an external crowd.
  • Demonstrable experience working with GTM business owners, summarizing their needs, becoming the defacto SME, interpreting their needs into documented requirements, and then working towards solutions.
  • Demonstrable ability to build, document, implement, measure, and enhance processes and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize within elaborate business structures; thrives when working in a fast-paced, high-growth, results-driven environment.

  • Must be located in Austin, TX or Raleigh, NC areas.
We’ve taken special care to separate the must-have qualifications from the nice-to-haves. “Nice-to-have” means just that: Nice. To. Have. So, don’t worry if you can’t check off every box. We’re not hiring a list of bullet points–we’re interested in the whole you.
