Web Programs Coordinator HYBRID/REMOTE- COSTA RICA

Role:

As a Web Marketing Publisher, you will join a dynamic team focused on creating, building, and maintaining content on splunk.com. Your responsibilities include content creation within our CMS, publishing of content onto our live site, continuous site maintenance, and providing support for bug fixes and larger web initiatives. You will report directly to the Director of Web Programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive web projects and work together with all vital team members. You have a confirmed ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Actively seek clarification if there is any ambiguity about task requirements. Speak up and provide recommendations if you believe there is a better way to accomplish tasks.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and publish content for the Corporate Marketing site.
  • Follow and assist in educating team members on Splunk’s Web Design System guidelines.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and efficiently.
  • Facilitate reviews and approvals of web marketing materials for quality assurance. Report any issues to Web Engineering when necessary.
  • Perform sanity checks after content is published to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in ongoing efforts related to site governance.
  • Ensure that the delivered work is of high quality, surpassing expectations, as it represents Splunk’s brand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, communications, user experience or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience running enterprise websites or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with enterprise level content management systems (Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Teamsite, WordPress, Xaraya, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of ticket management system (Workfront, JIRA, etc)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)!
  • Proficient in English, written & verbal (Japanese, German, French, Chinese or Korean, is a plus)
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Hard-working, positive and driven demeanor.

Note:

Base Pay Range

Costa Rica

Base Pay: CRC 10,400,000.00 - 14,300,000.00 per year

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
