Splunk's DPA Amendments

Splunk offers two amendments to its DPAs:

• to add the new EU Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914) and the UK Information Commissioner Office's International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and
• to incorporate the latest U.S. privacy law service provider terms.

Companies who have an existing Splunk DPA may download and electronically sign one or both of the DPA amendments by clicking on the appropriate link(s) below. Upon completion, a copy of the executed DPA amendment(s) will be emailed to the address designated by you during the process. If you execute a Splunk DPA amendment on behalf of a customer, you represent that you have the authority to bind that customer.

Note: Splunk’s DPA amendments are not available for and do not apply to trials, evaluations, beta, free, donated, test, or development licenses. A DPA Amendment executed in connection with any such licenses will be deemed null and void.
