I was studying  to take my Foreign Service Officer Test, when a friend told me about Splunk and the cool things people were starting to do with data, and how much potential data has in the future.  I was intrigued, and out of money – so I thought, let me go check it out.  Five years later with Splunk,  I’ve moved from the US Public Sector team supporting Civilian Agencies, Higher Education institutions and Aerospace & Defense customers to starting the A&D team in the UK and living in sunny London.  I’ve gone from studying International Relations to studying at MIT for cyber security and the architecture of the IOT and now LIVING international relations.
