What You Really Do:
I’m really focused on building a high performing team in EMEA across all areas of our business. That starts and finishes with taking care of our customers and ensuring they get value from our solutions. As the business in EMEA grows, it’s key that all functions are aligned and my job is to make sure that happens.
First Day At Splunk:
My first day was at an EMEA management meeting in the UK. It was great to spend time with my new colleagues right away. The clearest feeling I have when I look back at the first few days at Splunk was the fast pace of everything. I also made it a point to meet with a large amount of customers and partners within the first few weeks of joining (even though I did not understand our offering that well yet).
I am really into the latest trends around health, fitness, diet and sleep management. This partly stems from my interest in psychology and how the mind impacts our lives. I am also really into sports, having spent a lot of time on the tennis court over the years. I guess my main interest though is making sure I’m getting my work/life balance right!
