- 直販もしくはチャネルのビジネス経験が5年以上あること。

- Forecastやリスクなどに対する分析と予測を行い、報告・共有・対策をします。
- お客様や社内で発生する課題やトラブル、複雑な案件などに積極的に対処し、解決する姿勢を持っています。
- チーム内で毎週の予測を行い、正確な報告を提出します。
- 月次や四半期ごとの予測の品質向上のために、分析と対策を実施します。
- R4Q、R8Qにおけるパイプラインの管理とパイプラインの生成をリードします。
- 月次のクォータの達成計画を策定し、実行する方法を計画します。
- CRMシステム（SFDC）やパイプラインのダッシュボードを活用して、数値に基づいた分析と対策を行います。
