Hash was the first SE on the ground in London in 2008 to open up EMEA operations for Splunk. In the early years Splunk was an amazing hammer looking for a nail. We were very lucky to have some of our earliest and brightest customers give us plenty of nails. In 2012 Hash headed stateside to head up the NYC SE team focusing on the Fortune 20 Banks. With Big Banks comes Big Data - it was these customers that really led the way for Splunk's unique position in Financial services vertical. In 2015 Hash moved to Dubai (UAE) to open up the Emerging Markets Operations covering a number of countries from Eastern Europe, Poland, Turkey, Middle East, and Africa. As of Feb 2020 he is the Director for Technology and Innovation responsible for helping the largest APAC customers fully realize their #DataToEverything ambitions.
