Heading up the Talent Organization at Splunk for Asia Pacific & Japan and a member of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, Goh Hattori is an experienced Executive with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition spanning the Asia Pacific & Japan region. He has built and led teams across the region primarily in the Technology field including firms such as EMC, VMware and now Splunk. Goh is a passionate advocate of Diversity and Inclusion and the innovation diversity drives across teams and the broader business. Born in Japan, raised in Sydney, Australia and now calls Singapore home, he brings his diverse background and experience to Splunk to support their rapid growth and expansion globally.
