Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce System Administrator, where you will be instrumental in administering our Salesforce CRM platform, analyzing business processes, and ensuring system reliability. As a core team member, you will design, build, and maintain the Salesforce platform and related technologies for our Go-To-Market organization. This role requires a collaborative approach within a shared service structure, supporting the entire organization. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in Salesforce administration, a keen eye for process improvement, and the ability to efficiently troubleshoot issues in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively manage the Salesforce.com environment, ensuring efficient platform maintenance, effective workflows, and routine administrative tasks.
  • Conduct business process analyses with team members to enhance system efficiency, user experience, and achieve better business outcomes.
  • Implement, manage, and optimize Salesforce integrations and data feeds, ensuring system integrity and data accuracy.
  • Work within the team to evaluate, scope, and execute new development requests, integrating administrative and strategic analysis for system enhancements.
  • Lead and contribute to training initiatives and user support programs, driving adoption and proficiency across the organization.
  • Act as a liaison among team members, IT staff, external vendors, and users, translating business needs into system enhancements.
  • Conduct regular system audits, prepare for Salesforce upgrades, and adhere to best practices.
  • Document processes, policies, application configurations, and help materials, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistency.
  • Proactively identify, triage, and resolve bugs and platform issues, maintaining system health.
  • Monitor system performance, initiating corrective actions and enhancements to improve reliability and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and supporting technically complex solutions on Salesforce and associated ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements based on industry standards.
  • Experience in Salesforce administration, business systems analysis, and process improvement within a shared services or team-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of data management, system integrations, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Admin and PD1 certification required; additional certifications in business analysis or Salesforce specialties preferred.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes is advantageous.

Note:

Base Pay Range

India

Base Pay: INR 1,840,000.00 - 2,530,000.00 per year

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
