What is KubeCon + Cloud NativeCon?
KubeCon + Cloud NativeCon is an annual conference organized by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) that brings together developers, operators, and other professionals from the cloud-native ecosystem. The event focuses on Kubernetes, the open-source container orchestration platform, and other related technologies within the cloud-native landscape.

Pass types & prices
There are two types of passes you can purchase for this conference. For all access, this includes entry to all CNCF-hosted co-located events (including Observability Day) and KubeCon + Cloud NativeCon. Conference-only passes include entry to KubeCon + Cloud NativeCon only.
Below are the pass rates you can purchase before the conference.
- All-access: $2278 (corporate), $1278 (individual), or $275 (academic).
- KubeCon + Cloud NativeCon only: $1899 (corporate), $899 (individual), or $200 (academic).

Below is a short list of hotel recommendations that are near the Georgia World Congress Center (Building B) which is where KubeCon + CloudNativeCon will be held. These hotels are offering a discount for the dates of the conference. The rate is valid until the cutoff date, or the room block is full.
- Hilton Atlanta: 1.1 miles to venue and the room rates start from $219.
- The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta: 0.8 miles to venue and the room rates start from $289.
- Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Downtown: 0.8 miles to venue and the room rates start from $239.
- Hyatt Place Atlanta Centennial Park: 0.7 miles to venue and the room rates start from $259.

Transportation
When coming to a new city, it is very important to figure out transportation before you get there. Here is what you need to know:
- Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is 10.7 miles from the venue which is approximately a 20-minute drive.
- There is great public transportation in Atlanta — you can take the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) which is Atlanta’s public transportation system of busses and rail lines. Five Points is the closest Red/Gold station and GWCC is the closest Blue/Green station.
- There is always Uber or once you are at the hotel, you could choose to walk.
- United Airlines and Delta Airlines are partnering up with the Linux Foundation for this conference and can offer you a special discount for your trip.

KubeCon is a large-scale event, so be prepared for plenty of walking throughout the venue and limited seating in common areas. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a reusable water bottle to stay refreshed as you explore the conference.
