With over a decade of experience in tech marketing and deep expertise in application performance monitoring, digital experience monitoring, and OpenTelemetry, Wei helps organizations adopt modern, best-in-class observability practices. Prior to Splunk, she held product marketing roles at Grafana Labs and AppDynamics. Wei holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
