When we asked a variety of our customers that spoke to us at .conf25 about how they are using Splunk within their security and IT environments, we heard an array of responses to this question. Many customers are using Splunk for incident response and investigations across their enterprise security environments to provide in-depth information on threat intelligence to help find vulnerabilities that can lead to data breaches and cybersecurity threats. They are using Splunk within their SOCs to keep their organizations secure and resilient in an ever-changing threat landscape. Within IT environments, customers expressed the similar experiences in using Splunk to help aggregate data from different sources and monitor these through applications across their IT infrastructure to determine what is going on in their environments.
