In this strategic advisory role, Frank provides guidance, direction and thought leadership to State Agencies and Higher Education customers. His primary focus is helping customers; quantify, optimize and accelerate the value they get from their Splunk investment.

Prior to joining Splunk, Frank was a distinguished Enterprise Architect at Oracle and prior to that served as acting CIO at Red Hat. He has consulted with numerous household name customers over a long career including FedEx, USPS, Cracker Barrel, Lowes Home Improvement, HGTV, Proctor and Gamble, General Electric, Disney, T. Rowe Price and many others.
