He led the efforts to deliver recent innovations in Splunk Platform including SmartStore, Workload Management, Federated Search and Victoria Experience.

Prior to Splunk, Bharath played a key role in bringing industry leading features/products to market including Oracle Exadata, Oracle GoldenGate and Cisco UCSD Express for BigData. Bharath holds an MBA from UC Berkeley with focus on product strategy and management.
