We are the customer voice. The Support team has the unique advantage of understanding Splunk products from "soup to nuts". We work closely with the engineering, product management teams, and technical field sales team to provide a centralized resource for collecting and communicating all customer-facing technical information about the product. We have developed exceptional personal relationships and communication with our customers and never hesitate to go the extra mile.

The Support organization is fully integrated within the Splunk user community. We actively converse with customers through email, phone calls, Splunk Answers, and IRC, as well as deliver contribute technical content to our online documentation system.
