Splunk Honored with San Francisco Business Times’ 2011 Technology & Innovation Award for Fastest-Growing Company
Leading Bay Area industry award recognizes Splunk’s progress and potential
SAN FRANCISCO - May 31, 2011 - Splunk, a leading provider of operational intelligence software, today announced that it has been named the Fastest Growing Company at the San Francisco Business Times 2011 Tech & Innovation Awards. Splunk recently announced it added 286 new customers in the first quarter for a total of 2,600+ customers in 78 countries worldwide.
The judges selected Splunk because of the company's fast growth since its founding in 2005. Splunk recently stated publicly first quarter revenue growth of 68 percent over the same period last year.
