Responsibilities

  • Develop collaborative and effective working relationships within Sales Engineering and with cross-functional partners across the company.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership of assigned programs, first building then iterating based on feedback from participants and leadership.
  • Seek opportunities to drive alignment, consistency and improvement across all programs.
  • Establish processes and frameworks that support efficient planning, execution and scale, delivering the ability to support a large organization and to pivot quickly in a dynamic business environment.
  • Be a high-value partner to all internal teams, strongly advocating for the readiness needs of Sales Engineering, and influencing the design and delivery of critical content.
  • Communicate regularly and positively with internal partners and leaders, promoting engagement with and visibility of all Sales Engineering Technical Readiness programs.
  • Support onboarding, ongoing professional and technical development, new product introduction and other programs that elevate the talent within the Sales Engineering organization.

 

Requirements 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication style that promotes engagement and positive sentiment at all organizational levels.
  • Experience balancing large, diverse sets of requirements and translating them into effective programs.
  • Ability to use various methods of Project Management tools and methods to facilitate progress and coordinate with many contributors.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency in the areas of software development process, organizational readiness, training and enablement strategies and program development.
  • Ability to think and plan strategically, while executing tactically.
  • Structured approach to time management and prioritization.
  • Experience developing approaches and programs for Cloud and SaaS-based sales processes and product offerings a plus.
  • Pre-Sales experience is a plus.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or substantial relevant on the job experience
