As a Technical Business Enablement Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and driving key initiatives to enable the Cloud business. Your main focus will be to help streamline business operations within the Splunk Cloud  

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive technical and business solutions to optimize Splunk Cloud
    • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to drive targeted outcomes and solutions to get the most out of our vendor relationships
    • Identify technical strategies that will enable Splunk Cloud to adopt and leverage new solutions from our vendors
    • Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Product Management and Operations teams to build plans and roadmap for greater efficiency 
  • Manage technical business operations delivery
    • Collaborate with Product Management to enable new features and product
    • Implement operational solutions that will optimize business processes
    • Determine solutions from Cloud vendors and collaborate with Operations for implementation and delivery
    • Provide insight and support for security initiatives within a business context
  • Manage relationships with Splunk Cloud vendors
    • Serve as the technical liaison between the business and some of our key vendors to drive ultimate solutions 
    • Drive overall success with key vendors by ensuring compliance within our contracts

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

  • 5+ years experience as an Operations, Business Analyst or Technical Program Manager
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – written and verbal -- to work cross functionally within the organization
  • Proven track record of driving change within a cross functional organization
  • Hands on experience with public cloud service providers, like AWS or GCP, with emphasis on infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of Splunk 
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to work on complex business issues
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience​
