Brief Description:
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our APAC Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Team as TA Coordinator supporting the APAC Region. Reporting to the Snr. Director, Talent Acquisition APAC & Global Sourcing based in Singapore. Our ideal candidate will have outstanding organizational skills, combined with ambition, composure and attention to detail. You will be customer focused, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a pro-active attitude.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Working closely with Line Managers and the APAC Talent Acquisition Team across the region to schedule phone, Video and onsite interviews, across multiple time zones within the APAC and Japan region. Often coordinating interviews at last minute, with complex schedules globally.
- Working with candidates to support them in coordinating and booking travel.
- Responding in a timely manner to all incoming requests, from both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitating the hiring process from scheduling of interviews, through to preparing and sending out contracts of employments.
- Take responsibility of monitoring and updating our applicant tracking system, job boards and the employee referral program
- Provide Administrative and Interview Scheduling support in a professional and timely manner helping to ensure a positive “Candidate Experience”
- Active contribution to HR and TA Projects
- Consistently maintain the integrity of inputted data within the ATS System (Jobvite) and HR System (Workday)
- Assist with New Hire onboarding
- Maintain Personnel files
- Schedule, monitor and communicate pre-employment background checks
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, hiring managers or recruitment agencies regarding any TA related enquiries
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role within HR/TA, ideally within a fast paced , global MNC
- Basic understanding of HR concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures
- Proven Ability to work seamlessly with all levels of internal and external customers, ideally across multiple countries/cultures.
- Exceptional Multitasking abilities
- Superior interpersonal and English communication skills (Oral and Written)
- Intermediate to advance skills in MS Office including , Word/Excel/Powerpoint
- Administrative experience using an ATS &/or HRM Systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize daily and project based workloads
- Ability to adapt communication styles depending on your audience.
