Role

The Corporate Identity and Access Management team is rapidly growing, entering new markets and adding innovative new features to our products while expanding our product line.

We are seeking a top-performing Identity product professional with industry experience in digital identity to join us on the journey of modernizing and streamlining our delivery in the digital world, with a focus on automation and scaling. In this role, you will help chart the future direction of Identity in the workplace and execution against that long-term strategy.

You should have significant identity product management experience and a track record launching at-scale products and services. You possess a strong technical background and the ability to methodically assess, prioritize and solve complex problems in the digital identity space. You demonstrate attention to detail and focus on excellent customer-centric solutions. Ability to tackle an independent work stream and drive progress is key.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the identity and access management (IAM) product portfolio across IT, and constantly evolving the IAM strategy and roadmap.
  • Be a thought leader in understanding and evaluating the latest industry trends.
  • Understand the needs of stakeholders when designing and implementing IAM strategies and solutions.
  • Manage the IAM product backlog, tracking all key initiatives.
  • Foster an inclusive culture that supports technical and operational excellence.
  • Take on additional responsibilities beyond your core products.

Skill Requirements

  • 8+ years of IT experience and 3+ years of experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space with at least 2 years of experience in product management.
  • Validated technical knowledge of authentication/authorization, or identity management standards/protocols such as Kerberos/NTLM, LDAP, Azure Active Directory, Google Identity Services, SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth2, and SCIM 2.0.
  • Working knowledge of the advancements in biometrics and their use for authentication.
  • Knowledge of identity verification techniques; assurance levels and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with widely-used HRIS applications such as Workday.
  • Deep understanding of business workflows and automation/integration manual tasks into the IAM platform.
  • Experience working with internal auditors and advanced knowledge of common security standards (ISO/IEC 27001, SOC1, SOC2, HIPAA, NIST)
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage time effectively and efficiently in team/inter-team discussions.

It is phenomenal if you also have

  • Experience with Workday, OKTA, ServiceNow and SailPoint integration.
  • Knowledge of administering Splunk products.
  • Powershell scripting experience.
