Job Description

Due to our hyper-growth in building a game changing product, we are seeking a technical sourcer/recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

This role requires experience in working with hiring managers to identify and engage key talent for senior IT roles as well as software development talent in cloud applications, machine learning, data analytics, data science, front end, backend and massive scale data ingestion technology.

You be responsible for identifying, engaging and submitting passive candidates to the hiring manager.  You will partner with your in house recruiting leads and hiring managers to ensure all assigned roles have a steady flow of high quality candidates and you will be fully engaged with candidates up to the point they are submitted to a manager.

We don’t want you to find us 50 resumes a week, we need you to engage the best and brightest to come and talk with us.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ of combined sourcing and recruiting experience, ideally engaging passive IT or Software development candidates in the enterprise software space.
  • Expert user of LinkedIn and applicable social networking tools.
  • Data driven. You can prioritize your schedule based on ATS (Jobvite) data and your understanding of the recruiting process.
  • Technology literacy to differentiate between must have's and nice to have's based on job description information, combined with depth of understanding to know when more information is required. We don't believe in purple squirrels.
  • Not afraid to take on new challenges. We are constantly incorporating the latest technology in our platform, so we are doing searches no one has ever done before.

Nice to have, but not required

  • Experience with diversity search techniques.
  • Experience with high growth staffing and passive candidate recruiting at scale.
  • Prior experience working directly with hiring managers/recruiters to set expectations and helping create search strategies.
