Splunk is looking for a Senior Manager, Compensation to join our Total Rewards team! Reporting to the Senior Director, Compensation, this position will be responsible for compensation client support for business functions across Splunk.
Responsibilities:
- Compensation client support for business functions at Splunk, requiring strong consultation, collaboration and influencing skills
- Partner with Business, HRBP and Talent Acquisition on offers, promotions, transfers as a consultant on all aspects of compensation
- Regular interaction with all levels of management to address compensation issues and develop and implement effective solutions
- Work on creative compensation packages needed to attract and retain talent
- Assist on the development and execution of training and education for people managers, in order to enhance manager’s knowledge level of Splunk’s compensation programs
- Support compensation programs and work on compensation projects, as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years compensation experience:
- Building salary and equity ranges
- Market analytics, has worked with Radford survey data
- Supporting focal and bonus programs
- Designing offers to attract top talent
- Designing retention packages
- Job leveling
- Understanding of FLSA and other compensation legislated requirements
- Experience with consulting with and advising executives on compensation
