Are you interested in learning the entire customer lifecycle and decoding how customers get value from the Splunk portfolio of products? If you are passionate about working closely with product, product marketing, and sales teams to accelerate time to value and maximize customer retention this role is for you. We’re seeking an equally passionate, skilled and lively marketing leader to drive our customer growth initiatives to the next level.
You will be part of a team of marketing and product professionals responsible for uncovering the optimal path to value for our new customers across platform, IT, Security and DevOps buying centers. You will lead efforts to uncover the right tactics that guide customers to expand use cases, upgrade to Cloud and derive maximum value from Splunk. Tactics will include smart technical content for effective onboarding, adoption programs and close partnership with the product team on in-application suggestions.
You will be based out of Splunk’s headquarters in San Francisco or San Jose, California. This is a rare opportunity for you to join a fast-growing, dynamic, and industry-leading enterprise technology company. Experience in product marketing and customer success with a can-do attitude is critical.
