Role:
関西エリアを中心に活躍するソリューションエンジニアを募集します。大阪を拠点に西日本エリアの営業活動を支援し、お客様の課題を理解した上で、自身の技術力を活かして最適な提案を行います。単なるソリューション導入ではなく、顧客価値の創出と実現をゴールとし、寄り添った支援を重視します。高いコミュニケーション力、率先力、成長意欲を持ち、チームワークを大切にできる方を歓迎します。
Responsibilities: 
  • セールス担当者をはじめとする社内チームと連携し、技術的責任を持って提案活動を推進する
  • 提案活動の一環として、プレゼンテーションやデモンストレーションを行い、技術的な課題に対応する
  • ハンズオンワークショップや活用提案、その他の技術支援を通じて顧客企業内の Splunk利用者を育成し、Splunkソリューションの利用拡大を促進する
  • お客様の技術スタッフ、リーダー、経営陣と強固な関係を構築し、維持する
  • 特定の案件の推進だけでなく、西日本エリアの幅広い案件にも対応し、営業担当者や他のソリューションエンジニアからのチケットベースの単発タスクにも柔軟かつ的確に対応する
  • 西日本エリアのビジネス拡大のために重要なパートナーの育成および支援を行う
  • セミナー講師、カンファレンスやトレードショーなどで登壇
  • ウェブコンテンツの開発、資料の作成・レビュー、営業手法の改善支援など
 
Requirements:
  • 3年以上のソリューションエンジニア、プリセールス、セールスエンジニアのご経験者
  • IT技術をしっかり理解し、ソリューションエンジニアとして成功する強い意志をお持ちの方
  • 卓越した対人能力、文章力、プレゼンテーション能力を有する方
  • ダイナミックで急成長している変化の激しい環境で、新しい技術を学びながら成長することができる方
  • チームや会社の他のメンバーから自立して、リモートで仕事をすることができる方
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語コミュニケーション能力を有する方
(あると望ましいスキル)
  • サイバーセキュリティ、もしくは IT運用 / DevOps / Observability の知識

We are seeking a special pre-sales engineer to join our team in Tokyo Japan as a Solutions Engineer. In addition to requisite passion, skills and experience, you will have a measurable track record in building and managing successful organizations. As a member of our growing team, you will play a key role driving a significant share of revenue for Splunk. 

Responsibility

  • Responsible for actively driving and leading the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in partnership with the sales/channels Team as the key technical advisor and advocate for our products and services
  • You also would be expected to have experience presenting, demonstrating and handling technical sales engagements as well as being able to present and sell our product to our customer’s technical and executive audience
  • Answer technical questions from customer's regarding Splunk technology, features, solutions, applications as well as articulate Splunk technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
  • Identify all technical issues of your assigned accounts to assure complete customer happiness through all stages of the sales process
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle with our customer's technical staff, leaders and management
  • Develop and expand our web based content and work with marketing and sales to refine our service value proposition, literature as well as sales approach
  • Demonstrate Splunk products and services to customers on site, remotely via webinar sessions, and at field events such as conferences and trade shows

Requirements 

  • Appropriate 3+ years Solutions Engineer/Pre-sales/Sales Engineering experience to large enterprises
  • Strong executive presence and polish
  • Extraordinary interpersonal, written and presentation skills
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing, rapidly changing environment
  • Able to work independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporate
  • Strong record of success of overachieving targets
  • Validated knowledge of machine data logging and analytics techniques processes and tools
  • Foundational knowledge of the Big Data marketplace or the Security marketplace
  • Native level Japanese Communication. Business English
