As our Solution Architect - Sales Technologies you will have use your consistent record architecting rich technical solutions that automate complex business processes that simplify the salesperson experience while providing critical insights and visibility to leadership and partners. As we approach our first $2B+in annual revenue, it is critical that we get our processes and systems right for subsequent growth. This role is for you if possess a blend of business engagement skills, sales process knowledge, critical thinking, and a passion for frictionless systems.

You'll work cross functionally with the global Sales Technology delivery and the Enterprise Architecture teams to create holistic solutions that meet business and technology objectives while furthering Splunk’s long range business and technology goals.
You'll use your keen business process understanding, appreciation for simplicity and user centered design, critical thinking, and a bit of elbow grease to create solutions and effectively engage with the delivery of Salesforce based solutions and technologies.
You'll be responsible for defining standards, reference architecture and roadmaps for sales systems.
You'll assess and understand the organization needs, breaks down project work to manageable tasks, ensure alignment of plans with the business partners, and ensure that designers and developers understand clearly what's required.
You'll oversee the technical progress, ensuring the quality of the overall technical aspects of projects and operations are all in a day’s work.
You'll apply your passion for great technology and maintain an ongoing, comprehensive understanding of current and emerging developments within the cloud-computing ecosystem to identify innovative ideas and proofs of concept to deliver against the existing and future needs of our customers.
You'll be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team responsible for delivering world-class member experiences across multiple channels, specifically Salesforce.com, and may include native iOS, Android, web, social integration, and APIs.
