Work with us on the real-time incident management SaaS platform for DevOps teams, VictorOps! Role and Responsibilities

You collaborate with your team of developers, your Product Manager and QA on new features and maintenance within the VictorOps SaaS product and supporting architecture. You innovate and help us make improvements to internal tooling and processes.

About You

You are a software developer seeking a new challenge. You are passionate about improving the lives of our customers that are on-call for production issues. You are devoted to quality and user experience. You love working on a small team, in which you have influence. You thrive when collaborating with teammates on the innovation of the product. You are able to communicate ideas to people throughout the organization, regardless of their roles and level of technical understanding.


  • 3+ years of professional experience in application development
  • Experience with Scala and functional programming
  • Experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Self-starter with the ability to analyze trade-offs between potential solutions to a given problem

Things That Set You Apart

  • Experience with running multi-cluster Kubernetes environments and strong understanding of multi-tenancy and security implications
  • Experience with development and deployment in a hosted cloud environment, preferably AWS & GCP
  • You enjoy building and running distributed systems at scale in production. You understand the challenges and trade-offs to be made when building and deploying systems to production.
  • You have experience working on SaaS products
  • You have been on-call at your job before
