Job Description

Due to our hyper-growth in building a groundbreaking product, we are seeking a highly driven, ambitious Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role requires experience in building high-caliber pipelines of software talent in cloud applications, machine learning, data analytics, data science, front end, backend and massive scale data ingestion technology.

As a Senior Technical Sourcer you be responsible for identifying, engaging and submitting passive candidates to the hiring manager or recruiter. You will partner with your recruiters and hiring managers to ensure all assigned roles have a steady flow of high quality candidates and you will be fully engaged with candidates up to the point they are submitted to a manager.

Requirements

• 3+ Years’ experience sourcing and engaging passive product management or technical candidates in the enterprise software space.
• Proficient with LinkedIn and applicable social networking tools.
• Data driven. You can prioritize your schedule based on ATS (Jobvite) data and your understanding of the recruiting process.
• Technology literacy to differentiate between must-haves and nice-to-haves based on job description information, combined with depth of understanding to know when more information is required. We don't believe in purple squirrels.
• Not afraid to take on new challenges. We are constantly incorporating the latest technology in our platform, so we are doing searches no one has ever done before.

Nice to have, but not required

• Extensive technology sourcing experience and a thrill for the hunt.
• Experience with diversity search techniques and complex boolean strings.
• Experience with high growth staffing and passive candidate recruiting at scale.
• Experience collaborating directly with hiring managers/recruiters to set expectations and helping build search strategies.
