Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - GTM (12 months, fixed-term)

Our EMEA Talent Acquisition team is small but mighty, covering GTM, customer success, and engineering functions. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and have fun along the way. Currently, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support growth of our GTM, Solution Engineering and Customer Success Teams. This is a high-impact role for a mature, strategic recruiter with a strong stakeholder management mentality and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
 
You will be building, qualifying and bringing on board a robust pipeline/network of high-calibre future “Splunker’s” across our multiple functions including Sales (field and digital), Presales/Solution Engineering, Professional Services and Customer Success roles, primarily focused on the EMEA South & CEE regions.
 
The role is open in Poland, Spain & Portugal.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment across GTM functions, from junior roles to senior leaders, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and market insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional and global leaders, aligning hiring plans with business goals and driving inclusive hiring practices.
  • Deliver on hiring targets by building high-quality pipelines through direct sourcing, research, and proactive outreach.
  • Champion a world-class candidate experience and represent the Splunk, a Cisco company brand across all touchpoints.
  • Lead or co-create initiatives in employer branding, talent marketing, and events.
  • Use recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing tech, social platforms) effectively to manage processes and pipelines.
  • Provide consistent reporting and insights to track progress and support business alignment.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales/GTM recruiting across EMEA, ideally both in-house and agency.
  • Proven success hiring field sales reps, digital sellers, solution engineers, and customer-facing technical talent.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - able to influence, challenge, and build trust with demanding clients.
  • Track record in delivering results in high-volume environments.
  • Experience with talent marketing and employer branding initiatives.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and change agility.
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous, dynamic & remote global work environment.
  • Proficient in English; additional European languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian) will be a plus.
