We are seeking an individual with a strong mix of Technical Support and Engineering experience to triage and fix complex issues in our SaaS monitoring solution, a state-of-the-art streaming analytics platform. This individual will work closely with our Engineering, Customer Support, and Field Teams to troubleshoot and address high-priority issues, as well as provide valuable feedback to our Product Teams to improve the resilience and user experience of our products. In order to succeed on this team this individual must have the passion and energy to work in an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment.
