The Sustaining Engineering team at Splunk assists customer success teams by maintaining and enhancing customer Splunk core product deployments both on premises and on Splunk Cloud. Be part of this ever-growing team, where you will help resolve the technically challenging issues reported by global customers.
We are looking for a software engineer who is motivated and passionate about fixing & diagnosing problems in large bodies of complex code, delivering fixes to customers with rapid turnaround time and high quality. We continually improve the product based on requirements and defects reported by Support, Customer Success and Field organizations. This role is based in our North Sydney office and will join our Global Sustaining Engineering team!
