As a Senior Program Manager within Customer Support, you are charged with driving tooling initiatives to improve customer support experiences through multi-functional partnership and adoption of cutting-edge technology! You will lead all aspects of project management including timelines, budgets, prioritization, scope and definition, and drive multiple projects from inception to completion.
We're looking for a top-tier Program Manager with solid grasp of Customer Support or IT Operation business and technical expertise. This role requires a well-rounded individual, who has high tolerance with ambiguity, solid ability to distill complex problems into actionable work, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Data driven approach, attention to details, can-do attitude, and analytic thinking are critical traits that this role needs to excel in a fast-growing global work environment.
