As a Senior Manager for Inside Sales, you will lead a team of ISRs and ISR Managers to build pipeline and support the Splunk Field organization. You will work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales leadership to continuously improve demand generation and sales motions in the Strategic and Field segments in the Americas. We require a leader who emphasizes data in decision-making to align metrics to business objectives. We expect this leader to guide prospecting pipeline creation with executive discretion in team design, operational design, and leader development.
We rely on our Senior Managers to lead ISR team and managers in acquiring inbound and outbound prospecting pipeline, aligning with marketing and sales leaders to consistently qualify and develop prospects and customers, and manage the workflows for ISRs engaged in promoting Splunk solutions. This will be your #1 priority!
You will also be responsible for sales and pipeline metrics and outcomes, making sure they are met on a regular basis by reviewing progress with leaders and other Splunk teams. As a people leader, you will guide the ISR talent and managers to deliver an outstanding career experience. We expect leaders to inspire and motivate managers to exceed their team goals and pipeline, and you will be responsible for monitoring, supporting and developing ISRs with cold calling, prospecting, sales qualification and discovery, follow-up calls and meetings.
