Splunk is looking for an imaginative and adaptable Senior Instructional Designer/Trainer with a passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences. As a member of our Recruiting Operations Team, you’ll shape and elevate our onboarding and training programs to help scale our recruitment team. Intrigued? Please read on.
In this newly created role, you'll have the opportunity to lead a broad scope of training projects from vision to execution, including redefining our team's new hire onboarding, enhancing on-the-job training for our recruitment team, and building the skills of our interviewers and hiring managers to deliver a world-class candidate experience. You'll conduct training needs assessments, prioritize learning objectives, and create targeted content to drive adoption of recruiting tools, technologies, and processes.
To be successful, you'll need to partner across Talent Management, People Operations, Employee Experience, Legal, Engineering and Sales teams to understand the market and business needs. Strong technology experience is a must! You should be willing to be hands-on and have an aptitude to pick up and dive deep into the technology if required. Additionally, you should thrive in an autonomous and constantly-evolving environment.
This is a contract position which can be based anywhere in the United States except for Alaska, North Dakota, or Wyoming.
