As a key member of the Customer Success Strategy and Operations team, the Splunk Sr. Digital Automation Manager will be responsible for operationalizing our digital strategy as we look to accelerate our scale engine in driving targeted standard methodologies engagement throughout our entire customer base. The candidate will have extensive experience in the development and optimization of automated digital outreaches, preferably using the Gainsight platform, and will have a strong background and expertise in email campaign best practices - both for automated and semi-automated programs.
