Splunk is seeking to fill the position of OTC Project Manager, working with the Director of OTC Finance Transformation. As the strategic owner of a team that drives innovation and efficiency at scale, you will be supporting Order Management, Billing, Technical Accounting, Revenue Assurance, Revenue Operations, and Credit & Collections. 
In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, leading, and completing global, multi-functional, enterprise-wide projects that impact the Finance organization. Keys to success in this role will be the ability to think critically, to plan and execute effectively all while collaborating across teams and locations. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Planning, execution and delivery of cross-functional initiatives.

  • Partner with key cross functional teams including IT, TPMs, Product Managers and stakeholders on project execution and delivery.

  • Work with Business users and Transformation leads to help prioritize product enhancements and development.

  • Build expertise around a project domain / and be able to articulate details and requirements to various teams involved.

  • Define metrics and indicators on the project health.

  • Make data informed decisions to steer the program/project execution and strategy.

  • Manage dependencies between multiple projects.

  • Help teams be more efficient by designing and executing processes and strive for operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of full time project management experience with a Finance or ERP systems organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills ; proven track record of cross-functional and cross-organizational communications through various mediums

  • Experience with driving medium to large transformational initiatives through the entire lifecycle

  • Knowledge of OTC  technical ecosystems and business processes.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to faster pace, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines

  • Successfully traverse tactical and strategic objectives.

  • Proven success on establishing organization-wide processes and communication framework for initiatives

  • Understanding of cloud technologies, finance and revenue is a plus
