We're looking for a Professional Services Partner Manager who will be responsible for execution of the Professional Services subcontractor partner program framework for consulting services within the Splunk Public Sector. You will be responsible for fostering strong partner relationships with our current partner community while vetting and onboarding new subcontractor partner companies for an environment with evolving and changing business demands. You will assist with the capture and measurement of partner performance in alignment with the requirements of the subcontractor partner program requirements. You will lead capacity planning needed for a strong Splunk Partner consultant ecosystem to fullfill a growing pipeline of services opportunities. You will serve as a subject matter expert on the Splunk Professional Services subcontractor program requirements, articulate expectations and will serve as first line escalation for partner issue resolution needs. This role will work in collaboration with professionals in a number of service functions and will provide consulting on partner solutions, contribute to subcontractor partner program changes or enhancements, guide and influence partner consultant training plans and continuing education on Splunk and key industry technologies, where needed.
Success in this role will be determined by the individual’s ability to foster key services partner relationships, recognize gaps and identify net new service partnerships for investment, advocate for service partners benefits and influence change to ensure a healthy, prosperous subcontractor partner ecosystem.
Bachelor's degree is requested but not required.
