Splunk is seeking a Product Roadmap Analyst to join the team to scale the roadmap efforts across the entire product organization. Splunk is rapidly growing and so is our product team and how we build and position our product roadmap to customers. We are rapidly growing the way we distribute product updates internally and how we enable staff members to for customer roadmap discussions on behalf of our or product team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate across product management and product marketing to produce quarterly roadmap updates for customers, sales team and Products Org
  • Collaborate with product marketing to get feedback on product initiatives and roadmap outcomes from customers
  • Build relationship with sales reps, technical field staff and leaders to understand how to better serve their needs and provide the right level of product information for them to successfully deliver a roadmap presentation to customers
  • Ensure technical field staff is equipped to deliver the roadmap
  • Provide guidance and create best practices to simplify and scale the roadmap process for the product team
  • Support the roadmap requests from sales team so the right resource is assigned to deliver the roadmap to customers
  • Own the roadmap request service to support the sales team
  • Own the roadmap enablement process for over 200 technical field staff
  • Support quarterly roadmap delivery across all product areas
  • Support planning and execution of roadmap virtual enablement calls (VEC) to over 1000+ sales reps
  • Support the feedback process to deliver roadmap feedback from customers, sales team and roadmap presenters to the Products Org

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

  • Strong validated experience communicating directly with leadership, proactive problem solving, and critical thinking.
  • Experience facilitating, building, or overhauling change within an organization.
  • Validated history influencing and affecting change at all levels of the organization without having positional authority.
  • Experience working cross-functionally leading a program or product delivery with both technical and non-technical members.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing Aha Initiatives and Roadmaps
  • Experience leading programs within product and/or marketing teams
  • Project management or program management experience
