We are seeking an individual with a strong mix of Technical Support and Engineering experience to triage and fix complex issues in Splunk’s SaaS APM solution. This individual will work closely with our Engineering, Customer Support, and Field Teams to troubleshoot and address high-priority issues, as well as provide valuable feedback to our Product Teams to improve the resilience and user experience of our products. In order to succeed on this team this individual must have the passion and energy to work in an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment, and the willingness and desire to consistently learn new technologies and frameworks. They must love participating in and contributing to open source projects, and welcome the challenge of helping shape Splunk’s expanding portfolio of capabilities in the Observability Space.
