Splunk is seeking a Network Engineer to join the Network Engineering & Security Team. The team is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Splunk’s global corporate, wireless, development, and production infrastructure within our data center networks and public clouds.
You will have a validated foundation and experience in supporting a diverse variety of environments. Environments include enterprise campus LAN and WAN, branch offices, wireless networks, hardware technology upgrades, and remote access.
Strong customer service skills will be critical for this position, as you will actively interact with partners and Splunkers. The engineer will also support the daily operations of Splunk’s network infrastructure and services, including service metrics, projects, network upgrades, maintenance activities, and on-call rotation.
