The Market Strategy and Technical Sales (MSTS) organization is tied to key outcomes including Sales Productivity, Technical Productivity and GTM within Splunk. As the MSTS Project Manager (Individual Contributor) you will manage cross-functional work streams within the MSTS organization. You should enjoy working with a diverse team that gets things done and makes a difference. This position will be focused on leading assigned projects including planning, building consensus, assigning activities, monitoring execution and analyzing results. In some cases, you’ll need to document simple to complex procedures to scale certain activities
