Splunk is seeking a highly motivated, inherently curious, results oriented individual to join our dynamic market strategies and technical selling organization. You will be working to ensure our collective institutional knowledge is readily available, shared, and curated.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain categories and structure to make content easy to locate
  • Review new content, resolve duplicates and ensure content is regularly validated
  • Identify content gaps and work with authors to address
  • Showcase and evangelize popular/valuable content
  • Organize content expert groups to own, curate, and maintain content for their domain
  • Identify and evangelize success stories from the knowledge management program
  • Analyze user adoption, identify key contributors, and address adoption issues and gaps
  • Integrate knowledge management into other corporate programs (e.g. onboarding, enablement, etc.)
  • Develop worldwide regional knowledge management champions
  • Develop and execute incentive programs to recognize top contributors/supports 

Requirements 

  • Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Knowledge/Content management experience highly desirable
  • An aptitude for organization 
  • Guru technology experience preferable but not required
  • Taxonomy/Ontology experience a plus
